The end plate together with the plug is used as support for the packing of film spools with a maximum diameter of 590mm. Stacking the end plates is safe and easy thanks to V-joints and the irregular sinusoid. The vertical side is 2cm longer than the horizontal one, thus ensuring that maximum- diameter spools do not hit the pallet base, consequently becoming ruined when moved or during transport. The base features a special transversal ridging to avoid sliding of the end-plate/pallet. In order to improve safety when stacking pallets onto the end-plates, anti-slip blocks are available which can be fixed on to the upper side of the end-plates; but this is optional. Reinforced indentations have been made along the 4 sides to make room for the packing straps. In order to avoid breakages to the end-plates edges , the packing strap should be placed in those indentations. The end-plate can be supplied with or without a plug. |
